56 USD Hello! I am the founder of the closed women's club HER ERA in Kyiv. I already have a working CRM on Google Sheets + a Telegram bot written in Google Apps Script, but it needs to be brought to a working state and have a few integrations added.
What is already working:
- Google Sheets with 6 tabs (Guests, Girls, Bookings, Points history, Codes, Bloggers)
- Apps Script with all the logic for points, referral codes, statuses
- Website on Netlify with a booking form and Monobank payment
- Basic bot code @herera_crm_bot (Apps Script + webhook)
What needs to be done:
Task 1. Bot for girls (priority 1) The bot is currently partially working but has issues: the text input of the number does not come through consistently, the "Share number" button does not send the contact, Telegram duplicates old messages. The problem is likely in the Apps Script webhook itself (slow responder).
It is necessary to:
- Either rewrite the bot in Node.js + hosting (Railway / Render — the cheapest option)
- Or stabilize it on Apps Script (possibly through polling instead of webhook)
- Preserve all the existing command logic:
/start,/balance,/refcode,/sharecode,/myrefs,/events,/howtovip,/redeem,/info,/contact,/help - The bot should find a girl by phone number in the
Girlstab, bind her chat_id, and show points, referral code, status
Task 2. Website integration with the table (priority 2) Currently, when a girl pays for a booking on the website — nothing goes into the CRM. It needs to be done:
- Form on the website → entry in the
Bookingstab of Google Sheets - Support for referral codes (validation + 10% discount)
- Notification to me in Telegram about new bookings
What I will provide:

- Access to the GitHub repository of the website (Netlify)

Hello! I see that you already have a full logic on Apps Script - points, ref codes, statuses, six tabs. The problem is that the webhook on GAS simply cannot handle the load from Telegram: delays, duplicates, lost contacts. This is a familiar pain.
I would suggest not rewriting everything from scratch, but stabilizing what you have. Switching to polling instead of webhook in Apps Script solves 90% of such cases - I did something similar for table bookings in a Kyiv restaurant, duplicates disappeared immediately. If polling doesn't help - then Node.js on Railway, but we will keep all the command logic.
Regarding the integration of the site with Sheets - Netlify + booking form + Monobank webhook into the table - this is a standard setup, I did it for two CRM systems for events. Ref codes with validation and a 10% discount - we will add.
Question: is there already a ready endpoint for Monobank callback on the site, or does it need to be created? This affects the time estimate for the second task.
