I can perform a detailed review of the old structural project in relation to the approved architectural project and prepare a structured list of corrections.
I will check the compliance of window and door openings with the architectural project, the fastening joints of columns to beams, the cross-sections of rafters, the presence of counter-battens 20×40 and battens 25×100, as well as the correctness of material specifications on the sheets. I will separately indicate potential discrepancies, errors, and areas that need to be corrected to avoid repeating the problems of the old project......
In the end, I will prepare a list of comments on the sheets: what exactly does not comply, where the error is located, how it should be corrected according to the architectural project and technical assignment.
An important clarification: a complete structural section with calculations of load-bearing capacity, joints, and responsibility for structural decisions must be performed or verified by a qualified structural engineer.
