Gurt.agency is a media agency that creates content for web3 businesses.
We are looking for a Content Creator to develop engaging video content. Your main area of responsibility is the pre-production stage.
The final result of your work will be a completed storyboard, script, interface work recordings (for instructional videos), and prepared assets that are handed over to the animator.

Scope of Work (Main Focus: Educational Videos)
Upload: 1-4 videos per month.
1. Research and Scripts
Study the provided official articles (additional research if necessary).
Write scripts (~4 minutes of runtime) based on the articles. Transform complex text into an understandable and engaging narrative.
2. Storyboarding and Design (Figma)
Create a detailed storyboard.
Create assets: Design new infographics, compose illustrations from existing elements (mixing), vectorization, and generation of new objects through AI, adding memes.
Layout: Combine graphics with text.
Instructions for the animator: Clear instructions regarding object movements and transitions.
Additional Focus: Viral Promo Videos (Premium Task)
This is a separate type of task that requires advanced skills and creativity. These tasks are billed at a higher rate.
What needs to be done:
Maximum level of AI:
Generate not just images, but full-fledged AI video scenes (Sora 2, Kling, etc.).
Use neural networks for stylization, morphing, and creating dynamic effects.
Creative directing:
Develop ideas that grab attention from the first second (hooks).
Go beyond template "explainers." Bold visual metaphors and trendy solutions are needed.
More complex animation (in ideas):
In the storyboard, you need to outline complex transitions, camera work, kinetic typography, and dynamic editing. The animator will implement it, but the idea and visual base come from you.
Key Requirements
Understanding of Web3: Deep knowledge of the ecosystem (DeFi, NFT, L2, etc., understanding the Binance interface will be a big plus).
Copywriting: Ability to write both educational and promotional/viral scripts. Set up AI to write lively and engaging voiceover text that does not feel machine-generated.
Advanced Design & AI:
Expert proficiency in Figma.
Ability to create infographics and complex collages.
AI Power user: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Leonardo, Vectorizer, etc. You should know how to generate content that looks expensive and cohesive.
Visualization: Ability to see the frame as a director.
Languages: Ukrainian (C1), English (B1).
Security: Willingness to sign an NDA.
Payment Terms
Payment is made in cryptocurrency once a month for all projects. The rate for promo videos is discussed separately and is higher than for standard educational videos.
Clarification for the candidate:
As part of our collaboration, you will not have to write scripts for videos from scratch.
Your task is visual storytelling and design:
Adapt the text.
Assemble the storyboard in Figma.
Work with visuals:
For educational videos: use a base of illustrations, design infographics, generate missing elements through AI.
For promo videos: create a "wow effect" using advanced AI tools for video and images, outline creative animation moves.
