Well, the server wow… I want to participate, personally for experience, I have knowledge in this field, I want to implement all this in practice, analytics can be organized on open source projects from GitHub, or it can be done directly within Telegram as a web app or just a simple basic one.
From everything I understood from the task, it is what I wanted to do for myself, but since there is no hardware for local LLMs and the funds for the API are unfortunately a bit expensive, I haven't done it, but I can work with such a project.
I am interested in how urgent the task is.
