AI Content Manager & Creative Assistant (WICREAT/WI DAO)

WICREAT & WI DAO — is an ecosystem at the intersection of biohacking, longevity, and Web3. We are building a future where health is a managed asset. We are looking for a "right hand" for the founder — a person who masters artificial intelligence tools as skillfully as others master a keyboard and is ready to take on the full cycle of content creation and digital presence for projects.

This role is for those who understand: AI does not take jobs, it gives superpowers. Your goal is to make projects look like a million bucks, using minimal human resources and maximum algorithm power.

What you will do:

1. AI-SMM and avatar management:

• Creating and "bringing to life" content: Working with HeyGen (creating digital avatars, generating videos with them, lip-syncing, working with voice cloning).
• Content administration: Transforming the "raw" thoughts and video materials of the founder and brand ambassadors into ready posts, Reels, and articles.
• Prompt Engineering: Writing quality prompts for ChatGPT/Claude to create deep, expert content about peptides, biohacking, and the future of Homo Evolutis.

2. Visual and creative production:

• Generating stylish visuals in Midjourney / DALL-E that match the brand's futuristic aesthetics.
• Editing dynamic videos for Instagram/TikTok using AI services (CapCut, Runway, etc.).
• Creating creatives for advertising campaigns of WICREAT and WI DAO projects.

3. Operational support and situational tasks:

• Quickly searching and structuring information using AI (market analysis, data collection, report preparation).
• Assisting in project task management to free up the founder's space for strategic development.

Our ideal candidate:

• AI-Native: You are up to date with the latest updates in the AI world (OpenAI, Anthropic, HeyGen, Midjourney) and know how to combine them into a single workflow.
• Has aesthetic taste: You feel the style of WICREAT and can create content that looks expensive and intellectual.
• Literacy and style: Ability to create texts that do not look like "dry robot," but have meaning and engagement.
• Self-managed: You don’t need to be told "click here," you propose solutions on how to automate a task.
