About the Project

LalaBloom is a Canadian D2C brand for moms and newborns launching in 2026 from Halifax, Nova Scotia. We create curated gift bundles with personalized embroidery (baby's name). This is a pre-launch phase — content will come in batches, not a steady daily flow.

The face of the brand is Adriana, the founder and a young mom. All content is first-person — her voice, her story, her experience. We are not a corporate brand. We speak like a friend who's been through it.

What You Will Do

You receive a brief from Adriana → you execute → you deliver finished files. Adriana handles all publishing herself.

Video

• Edit Reels and TikToks from raw footage Adriana provides
• Add transitions, on-screen text, auto-subtitles, commercial music, color grading (LUT, white balance)
• Deliver: ready video file without watermark, formatted separately for Instagram and TikTok

Design

• Create Carousel posts in Canva following brand brief and color palette
• Create Story series (5+ slides per series)
• Adapt Carousels to Pinterest pin format
• Prepare graphic assets for lalabloombaby.com (banners, product page images)
• Deliver: PNG, PDF, or MP4 files

Copywriting

• Write captions in English in Adriana's voice
• Include correct hashtags and #Ad disclosure where required
• Adapt captions using Claude AI — editing AI output into a natural, human tone

Weekly Volume (after trial)

Trial Period

The trial is measured by output, not time — 20 content units.

Approximate mix:

• 6 Reels · 4 Carousels · 6 Story series · 4 Pinterest pins

Payment during trial: $5 CAD per unit → Total: $100 CAD

After the trial — joint evaluation of quality, brand voice fit, and decision on ongoing collaboration.

Rates After Trial (CAD)

Payment is per unit delivered — no fixed monthly minimum or maximum. Volume varies depending on the project phase. Payment via Wise or PayPal in USD or CAD.

Requirements — Must Have

• CapCut Pro — confident level: editing from scratch, transitions, on-screen text, auto-subtitles, color grading (LUT, white balance). Pro subscription required — watermark-free exports are non-negotiable
• Canva Pro — Carousel slides, Stories, branded templates, palette work. Pro subscription required for brand kit and background removal
• English B2+ — captions are written in English for a Canadian audience
• Understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms 2025–2026: hook in first 2–3 sec, watch time, saves, platform differences
• Consistent visual style — post-to-post color coherence
• Familiarity with Claude AI for caption generation and tone-of-voice adaptation

Minimum Tool Stack Required

To deliver work at the quality this project requires, you must already have active subscriptions to the following tools. We do not cover tool costs — this is part of your freelance setup.

Canva Pro — required for brand kit, background removal, branded templates, and client folder management. The free version is not sufficient.

CapCut Pro — required for watermark-free exports, full LUT library, and advanced color grading. The free version leaves a watermark on exported files.

AI writing assistant — one of the following: Claude Pro, ChatGPT Plus, or Gemini Advanced. Used for generating and adapting captions in Adriana's tone of voice. You are expected to edit AI output — not copy-paste it.

Please confirm in your application that you have these tools active. If you are in the process of setting them up, mention it.

Nice to Have

• Adobe Photoshop — product and lifestyle photo retouching
• Experience in baby clothing, newborn, or motherhood niche
• Knowledge of ManyChat — comment and DM automation
• Own niche account (follower count doesn't matter — what matters is that you've shot content and understand what works)
• Pinterest publishing experience
• Basic understanding of email funnels (Klaviyo or similar)

Style References

We work in the warm, aesthetic baby/mom niche — think soft color palettes, lifestyle storytelling, educational Carousels, and dynamic Reels with strong hooks. Specific account references will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the next round.
