Task:
Develop functionality: user inputs text → receives an audio file.
Use a realistic voice (neural network), preferably — American English.
Integrate one of the TTS services: ElevenLabs, Google Cloud Text-to-Speech, Amazon Polly or another.
Ability to save the voice output in MP3/WAV format.
Priority — voice quality, as close as possible to a “live” voice.
