I have reviewed the problem description:
CLS = 0.24 with a norm of < 0.1, affecting 327 URLs. Such values are most often indeed related to dynamic content loading, lack of reserved sizes for images/banners, fonts, as well as JavaScript execution affecting page rendering. I have worked with OpenCart (ocStore 2.3) and Jet Cache, and I understand the specifics of templates, modules, and caching on this CMS.
What I can do:
Conduct a detailed audit of CLS, LCP, and INP through Google PageSpeed Insights and Chrome DevTools
Identify specific elements causing layout shifts
Fix issues with images, fonts, banners, and dynamic blocks
Optimize CSS and JavaScript (including considering Jet Cache)
