The freelancer promised to complete the work, but in the end, he communicated terribly and simply ignored me. I asked for four days to send proof that he was doing something, but he sent nothing. (I saw that he didn't even log into the design we sent him) When arbitration started, he sent work that does not match the terms of reference at all – the design is wrong, the text is uneven, everything is done horribly.
At first, he said he would do it in 3 days, then he asked for 5 days, but during that time he only completed 2 parts of the application. (It was clear that he did this in 2 hours, due to arbitration) He promised to finish the rest in 6 hours, which sounds absurd. In the end, as you understand, I did not receive the work.
Do not waste your time, I do not recommend collaborating!
