Create a simple Lottie animation based on the existing example. The example is in the video. Several announcements in the form of cards change their positions while changing the number on the card. Upon request, I will provide a link to the webpage where the original animation exists.

Update #1 from 28 February 2025

I do not have the original cards. Essentially, it needs to be done just like on the authoria. The video in the technical specification is from there. Only there are 4 cards, but we need 3. The animation is the same. When the card moves up, the number in it changes. At the bottom, it is 8, in the middle it becomes 9, and when it reaches the top, it is 10. It needs to be in JSON format (for Lottie).
