I need to create a sketch in the art deco style or a similar style. It can be made in any program like Photoshop, Procreate, or any other that you know.
The colors in the sketch should not be too many. Predominantly warm shades. Orange-yellow-brown and blue where the shadows are. There can be some other colors, like green and pink, but very little. The image should be sized to correspond to the proportions of 42X96. The sketch should feature a horizontal image in the form of a stylized landscape with a sunrise/sunset of the sun rising behind the city. The city is New York. New York Harbor. The Statue of Liberty should be placed at a relative distance from the viewer. Also, there should be a hot air balloon flying in the sky with a design of the American flag. The water surface should be almost calm, without waves. A ship (with sails or a modern type) is sailing through the water, with people on the deck looking out at the city. Several people on the deck should be closer in the foreground and better depicted in detail, but again in the art deco style, not realism. There should be men and women in different outfits highlighting the nationalities of the people; Arabs, Jews, Indians, Mexicans, and so on. The theme is generally immigration and people with suitcases and children, families sailing to America on a ship. But everything should look modern and not too much like the last century. People are looking out at the city, standing at the ship's railing, some a little further away, some sitting on suitcases waiting. There should not be a feeling of too strong a crowd. Several characters closer to the viewer in national outfits, and further away, silhouettes. The hull of the ship can be "cropped" or depicted entirely - whichever looks better. The main thing is that it should be clear that these are immigrants and people of different nations and faiths sailing.
In general, the whole picture is about the theme of immigration but all stylized, without strong detailing.
