Budget: 27000 UAH Deadline: 21 days
Well, it's more like this - 9000 UAH for launching the store, uploading about 20000 items and connecting the CRM will most likely not be enough. I would budget from 45000 UAH and about 3 weeks, assuming the template is already purchased and the product data can be exported properly.
I would start not with manual uploads, but with a proper import - categories, characteristics, prices, stock, images, page addresses, basic duplicate and error checks. This way, the store does not turn into a one-time manual assembly, but remains a manageable system. Regarding the CRM - we connect it only after understanding which specific orders, clients, and statuses need to be transferred between the store and the system. It can be simplified, but it's better not to build the foundation out of cardboard =)
I will clarify 2 points:
> what format are the products currently in - Excel, XML, supplier price list, 1C, or something else
> which CRM is needed - already chosen or should we suggest an option for sales and inventory

Overall, a normal path is like this - take the initial data, check the structure, set up OpenCart on the template, configure the catalog, import, basic SEO for indexing, then connect the CRM. Note, there’s a nuance - if the data for 20000 products is dirty, that’s a separate block of work, so it’s better to confirm the price after reviewing the file. But it’s better to see the price list once than to heroically fix the import seven times.
