Я думаю если вы почитаете задание к проект, то эта ссылка для вас будет более чем четкое ТЗ. ТЗ не будет так как есть сайт с которого нужно сделать полноценную тему.

Ваша ставка все равно бы не прошла. Больше похоже что ставку отклонили.
Касательно ТЗ ваша логика как минимум несостоятельна. Зачем человеку ТЗ когда есть готовы сайт, на котором можно посмотреть все, от названия шрифта до его размера, верстку и работу, отступы да в буквальном смысле все.

В фильтре есть все разделы, блоки, названия, более того все структурированно и показано уже в готовом варианте.

Никто и никогда не предложит лучшего ТЗ с такой детализацией. Что может быть лучше чем результат работы который нужно повторить.

Я и сам фанатичный фанатик подхода "как можно меньше плагинов". Проект достаточной емкий. времени может занять и значительно больше. Возможно и раза в два дольше. В целом функционал понятен, и по стилям понятно что ориентироваться на донор. То, что стили повторены думаю будет не видно. Особенно если поменять шрифт. Если срок не поджимает - я могу заняться. Если поджимает - то физически не смогу, уже заранее вижу.
