If you are considering the Google Sheets format, we can interact without any problems. Why not do it in Excel? Because it has certain limitations, inconveniences, disadvantages... I understand that they are almost identical, but the lack of tools like in Google (scripts) makes them less effective. External implementation is almost impossible, for example.
