Both videos have been viewed, they will be a good support during the course of work, but the main still looks the text description + quite good would be the presence of small but finished and interconnected examples of the original data and final tables.
So far not everything has been captured and accordingly I can’t propose the solution on all points, but I think the task can be implemented in Google tables with scripts formulas.
