🔹 I understand that you need not a Telegram bot, but a full-fledged autonomous software that:
– connects to a specific Telegram channel,
– parses signals/tickers,
– runs your filtering logic,
– opens/maintains/closes futures positions on Bybit.
What I can implement
1️⃣ Connection to the Telegram channel
Connecting to a private/public channel.
Parsing messages (Telethon / Pyrogram / TDLib — I will choose the optimal option).
Extracting coin tickers from the text and saving them to an internal database (for example, SQLite / PostgreSQL or a lightweight cache).
2️⃣ Trading logic based on your indicator
Integration with Bybit API (futures).
Processing signals from your indicator (I will consider the description and scenarios you provide).
Opening LONG/SHORT positions according to the conditions.
Setting an initial Stop-Loss, further moving the stops.
Partial or full closure of positions.
Closing a trade on the opposite signal and/or other risk management conditions.
Protection against repeated entries, duplicate trades, and "stuck" orders.
3️⃣ Flexible working mode (not 24/7)
Ability to run the bot, for example, for 6–7 hours within a specified time frame.
After stopping parsing — the bot does not open new trades but correctly manages all open positions until fully closed.
A simple interface (CLI / small panel) for start/stop, logs, position status may be possible.
4️⃣ Reliability and security
Handling API errors, reconnection to the exchange and Telegram.
Logs of the bot's actions (what it opened, where it moved the stop, what it closed).
Checks for duplicate signals and incorrect states.
If desired — risk limitations: maximum allowable leverage, % of the deposit for one trade, etc.

Python (the main stack for such tasks).
Bybit API (futures).
Telethon / Pyrogram for working with Telegram.
Databases: SQLite / PostgreSQL.
I will structure the project so that the logic can be scaled later / new filters can be added.
