We need someone to own post-production execution — turning briefs and raw footage into platform-native video and static ads that drive leads. Fast pacing, quick iterations, clean files.
You should have 1+ year editing short-form content, be proficient in Premiere or CapCut, and be comfortable working in a fast feedback loop.
This is an hourly, project-based role. Remote. Top performers scale into full-time hours.
Time zone: Must overlap with Pacific Time, or be be available until 5:00 PM PT on weekdays. Weekend if needed.
