Creative Strategist (Performance Marketing)
601 USD We are looking for a creative strategist who covers the entire cycle of creativity:
insight → hypothesis → production → testing → iteration
What is important:
• 5 active projects
• KPI: 6–8 hypotheses / project / week
• Work with results, not "pretty ideas"
• Established testing and feedback system. You do not need to build anything from scratch.
Area of responsibility:
• build creative strategies for performance
• generate angles / hooks / offers
• write briefs for designers, UGC, and videos
• analyze tests and scale what works
• actively use AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Arcads, MakeUGC)
Not required:
❌ create creatives by hand
❌ communicate with clients
❌ engage in media buying
Who we are looking for:
• 1+ year in creative strategy / performance
• understanding of CTR, ROAS, thumb-stop
• strong logic of hypotheses + AI as a working tool
• English B1+
Format:
Remote | Full-time
Online 10:00–18:00 (Mon–Fri)
$1500–2000 / month
