Creative Strategist / Video Editor (E-commerce / Shopify)

We are looking for a strong specialist in creating advertising video creatives for e-commerce projects within our team.

We need a person who understands that a good advertising creative is not just a beautiful montage, but a tool that helps sell a product.

If you are interested in constantly coming up with new ideas, testing different concepts, and developing in performance marketing — we would be happy to have you on the team.

What needs to be done

• Create advertising video creatives for Meta and other advertising platforms.
• Constantly seek new ideas and concepts for advertising creatives.
• Analyze successful creatives of competitors and adapt the best solutions for us.
• Offer your own ideas and show initiative, rather than just working from a ready-made brief.
• Use AI tools to speed up work and create stronger creatives.
• Maintain a consistent brand style.
• Work at a steady pace from Monday to Friday and deliver a batch of new creatives several times a week.

We are looking for a person who

• Already has experience in creating advertising video creatives for at least 6 months.
• Understands the basic principles of marketing and the structure of creatives.
• Knows what elements make up a strong advertising creative: hook, attention retention, product demonstration, offer, CTA.
• Confidently works in CapCut or any other editing programs.
• Actively uses AI in their work (ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, and other tools).
• Has an intermediate level of English sufficient for independent work with texts and English-language advertising materials.
• Does not wait for detailed instructions for each task and understands their role and area of responsibility.
• Is attentive to details and can meet deadlines.
