50 Crowd Links needed (short time, US Market)
I am looking for a responsible person to create 50 quality crowd links for US market. It is a must that the comments are done manually, without any automated posting.

Details:
The website is a service for online consultations, currently the main topic will be technical consultations.
Language - English, Traffic from US is a must.
What kind of links we need:
- Dofollow (nofollow percent is no more than 30%)
- Indexed (no less than 70% of the links get indexed by Google)
