🚀 CTO / Lead Full-Stack Developer — equity + pay
We are building an ecosystem of three SaaS products
The stack is already designed: Next.js 14 · Supabase (Postgres + Auth + Storage) · Stripe Connect · Resend · Vercel · monorepo Turborepo.
The database schema, RLS policies, ecosystem architecture, and business logic are fully ready — we need a person to implement all of this.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE:

✅ Deploy the monorepo (Turborepo / Next.js)
✅ Implement the database schema in Supabase + migrations
✅ Build the authentication and roles system (owner / manager / technician / viewer)
✅ Develop a booking module with online payment (Stripe Connect + hold deposit)
✅ Auto-generate PDF contracts and maintenance reports
✅ WhatsApp / Email notifications (Twilio + Resend)
✅ Control panels for all three modules
✅ Set up CI/CD (GitHub Actions → Vercel)
✅ Basic integrations with insurance APIs

WHO IS NEEDED:

• 3+ years of commercial full-stack development experience
• Proficient in Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
• Experience with Supabase or similar BaaS
• Experience integrating Stripe (Connect is a big plus)
• Experience building SaaS from scratch is mandatory
• Language skills: Spanish, English
- Ability to scale solutions — bots, software, scripts, and AI tools that deliver results.
- Experience in automating key processes — from client requests to marketing campaigns.
- Experience creating AI for content and communications
