We agreed with the Contractor on data collection from the internet. We accepted his price, which is 50% higher than what we offered. As I thought, 3 working days would be enough for the project implementation. We agreed on 7 days. On the 8th day, the Contractor was asked about the readiness to submit the work in the morning, and the response received in the evening was that the project was not ready and more time was needed. To the question: "How much more time is needed?" no response was received at all within a day.
Therefore, the decision was made to no longer waste time. Close the project. Find another contractor.
