Hello! I am looking for an experienced furniture designer for long-term collaboration. The goal is to design furniture for personal use with subsequent ordering from the "ViYar" production.
I am looking for a specialist who will not just "draw" but will check the technical viability, adjust the content, point out possible mistakes, and make a proper insertion.
The first (test) task — Chest of drawers:
Dimensions: Width 1500 mm, Height 1050 mm, Depth 490 mm.
Configuration: 8 pull-out drawers.
Materials: 18 mm particle board. We use the "Hidden colour" concept — the internal body and the drawers themselves are made from particle board of the same decor, while the external parts (facades, top, visible sides) are made from another.
Fittings: Blum Movento concealed mounting guides with Tip-On mechanism.
Design and construction features:
Recessed facades: the top cover and the sides of the body protrude beyond the plane of the facades.
The sides and cover are made from single particle board (18 mm), without thickening.
The lower facade has a gap of 15 mm from the floor.
Support: minimal concealed adjustable legs.
Technology: All visible edges of the body and facades must be edged with PUR glue.
Requirements for the performer:
Perfect knowledge of the range, materials, and technical capabilities of "ViYar" (especially the nuances of drawer insertion under Movento and Tip-On).
Ability to work in ViyarPro (creating parts, edging, precise insertion of all fittings and fasteners).
Ability to work in SketchUp (I also work in this program, so it will be much easier for us to communicate and discuss all technical nuances directly through it).
Only Ukraine.
What I expect as a result:
A ready 3D model of the chest of drawers in SketchUp format.
A ready-to-order project for import into ViyarPro (full detailing, PUR edging, precise insertion for fasteners and fittings).
Prospect: After the successful completion of the chest of drawers, we will move on to the next stages: TV stand, cabinets, and other furniture. The concept is understood; a reliable technical implementation is needed. I look forward to your feedback with examples of similar works (drawings/ViyarPro).
