I am taking on the task of creating not just a menu, but a carrier of atmosphere — so that the guest feels the "newspaper," but can read easily and choose quickly.
I work in stages:
structure (6 panels with reading logic) → stylistics (typography, grid) → final layout for print. This allows me to maintain control and not lose readability with a complex composition.
