Desktop app for automated trading via API
Need development of a desktop application (bot) for automated trading of virtual items (CS2) on an online marketplace via a public API.
The program will be used for:
automatic sales management;
a large number of settings;
collecting statistics;
sending notifications.
The application must operate 24/7 and launch as a .exe file.
Main functionality:
Adding and managing a large number of trading accounts (via API keys)
Graphical interface (UI) for:
managing accounts;
setting price limits;
starting/stopping trading;
etc.
Automatic price updates:
checking competitors;
adjusting prices within specified limits;
simultaneous operation of multiple accounts without competition among themselves.
Logging:
sales;
errors;
price changes.
Detailed trading statistics
Export and import of all data (settings, accounts, history)
Notifications via Telegram bot
Technical requirements for the performer - mandatory skills:
Experience in developing desktop applications (Windows)
Excellent knowledge of one of the languages:
Python / C# / Node.js
Asynchronous programming
Real experience with REST API
Working with databases (SQLite / PostgreSQL)
Multithreading and synchronization
Error handling and fault tolerance
Working with Telegram Bot API
Building the project into .exe
Experience in creating long-lasting services (24/7)
I am looking for a engineering approach to creating the program, not a scripting one.
Experience in implementing desktop interfaces (tables, tabs, filters, dynamic data updates).
Experience in designing trading systems with separation of UI, business logic, and API interaction layer.
Availability of a central price manager for synchronous operation of multiple accounts and preventing self-competition.
Would be a big plus:
Experience in developing trading bots
Understanding of competitive pricing algorithms
Experience in optimizing API load
Understanding what CS2 skins are
For a better and more practical understanding of the idea, I am adding a photo of a very rough model of the main page, which provides a clearer understanding.

We are the IT company dZENcode with over 10 years of experience.
We are ready to implement a desktop program (bot) for automated trading of virtual items (CS2) on an online marketplace through a public API.
We have extensive experience in developing similar projects.
On which marketplace does the bot operate and what does its public API allow?
What specific trading logic should the bot execute?

1390 12 0 Hello,
I have experience with desktop applications (node.js, electron) and working with APIs (optimization through workers, MQ). I have also worked a lot with Telegram bots (including MiniApp).
I would like to learn more about your vision for the project and advise on how to best implement it.
The deadline is approximate; we will discuss this and other questions.

2409 8 1 Hello! 👋
I specialize in trading bots and desktop applications for Windows, so your idea of auto trading CS2 through API is right in my profile 💻🎮
• I write in Python, create GUI (PyQt / PySide) with tables, tabs, filters, live data updates, and packaging into .exe.
• I have experience building trading systems 24/7: separating UI / business logic / API, asynchronous programming, multithreading, fault tolerance, logging, recovery.
• I have actually worked with REST API, databases (SQLite/PostgreSQL), Telegram Bot API (notifications, alerts), and centralized price managers to prevent multiple accounts from competing with each other.
• I understand the specifics of auto pricing, competitive pricing, and API load optimization.
I am ready to approach the project from an engineering perspective, not just as a scripter: to design the architecture, create a stable .exe application, and lay the foundation for long-term development. 🚀

1832 14 0 Hello. I have over 4 years of experience in Python backend development for projects of varying complexity. I have experience developing small projects for automating work with CS2 marketplaces WhiteMarket and CSFloat (non-commercial, for personal use). I have an understanding of how this market works. I would like to discuss this project in more detail; it would be interesting to implement it.

885 3 0 Good day, I am interested in your project, I have 3 years of experience in .NET including the development of desktop applications on WPF + writing Telegram bots. I have played CS, I have some understanding of the skin market, and I once worked with the Steam API (trade bot). I would be interested to hear more information: approximately how many accounts and skins should be supported, how often should the price be updated, what exactly is included in "a large number of settings." If you are interested, please write.

1860 21 0 Hello. Ideally, we will need to break down the execution of this large project into parts, and we will need to clarify many details about how exactly you would like it to work. I would develop the desktop application in C#, as that is my primary language. The specified budget is significantly insufficient to implement everything you want in detail. If a beautiful interface is required, that also adds to the cost.
I have a few questions for you right away:
1. Which online marketplace will you be using?
2. Were you planning to run the desktop application on a separate server or on your own computer? Different options imply different implementations, at least because running it locally on your computer makes it impossible to ensure the program runs 24/7, as you are unlikely to keep your computer on all the time (and it is also inconvenient).
