Monestudio.ua company invites professionals to collaborate on developing a chat-bot that will serve as a virtual operator for handling customer inquiries in Telegram and Viber. Our goal is to automate communication, eliminate the need for a call reception manager, and improve convenience for our clients.
Project tasks:
• Develop a chat-bot for Telegram and Viber.
• Analyze existing customer conversations to identify common questions (about pricing, deadlines, project details).
• Create a response script based on the analysis so that the bot responds promptly and accurately.
• Set up data collection: customer name, contact, request description, with saving to Google Sheets.
Who we are looking for:
• Developers with experience creating bots for Telegram (in Python, using aiogram or Telethon).
• Specialists familiar with Viber API for setting up dialogues and responses.
• Experience with Dialogflow or Google Cloud Natural Language for text analysis and building intelligent responses is a plus.
• Responsible, attentive professionals ready to understand the task.
