You need not just a chat "for the sake of it," but an agent that covers three areas: leads, standard responses to clients, and bookings in the calendar without manual transfers between services.

I wouldn't put everything into one black box. Separate lead flow, separate FAQ with a knowledge base, separate booking in the calendar, and on top of that, an LLM with tools/function calling, so that responses come only from verified data, not fabricated prices and slots. Python + FastAPI + OpenAI API. If it's more convenient through n8n/Make for some integrations, I can connect it, but I keep the core logic in the code; otherwise, it’s hard to debug later.

MVP turnkey estimate is 1,200–2,500 USD, 2–4 weeks, depending on lead channels and the calendar. Initially, a short Discovery to fix the sources of leads and what can be automated legally.

One question before the fix. Are you looking for leads more through email, LinkedIn/social media, or is it more important for you at the start to have FAQ + booking, with lead generation as a second stage?

I will build the agent on LangChain with tools: a separate tool for lead generation (LinkedIn/email via Apollo or Hunter.io), a FAQ tool based on RAG with a vector storage, and a booking tool through the Google Calendar API. Orchestration through LangGraph, so the agent decides which tool to launch. FastAPI as the backend, n8n for triggers from external channels. Critical point: OpenAI rate limits and deduplication of leads, so one contact does not receive 5 emails.

What CRM or contact database is already in place, and through which channel should the agent primarily reach out to leads: email, LinkedIn, or something else?
