TECHNICAL TASK: Development of a planning solution (zoning) for Self-Storage
Object: Warehouse premises, total area 511 m².
Goal: Develop 2-3 options for the layout of individual storage boxes to maximize rental space.
1. Input Data
Room dimensions: See attached file 5555.jpg (the design area and actual dimensions are highlighted in red).
Ceiling height: 3.0 meters.
Reference (example): See file 11.png (we expect a similar visualization: colored zoning of box types + summary table of areas).
2. Planning and Corridor Requirements
Passage width: 1.3 – 1.4 meters (maximum 1.5m).
Entrance group: Main entrance through the ramp (marked in yellow on the plan as "RAMP").
Configuration: It is necessary to use the space as efficiently as possible. Blind corners are allowed if they help gain usable area.
3. Working with Existing Premises
There are existing rooms on the plan that we will not dismantle:
Top left corner (near the stairs): Three existing rooms remain unchanged. The plan should only provide for the installation of new doors for them.
Entrance group (bottom right corner): There are two technical rooms located there. They need to be combined and marked as ONE large box. Consider that the entrance door from the street opens outward.
4. Types of Boxes and Their Proportions (Mix)
The total construction area (floor area under the boxes) must be distributed among the categories in the following proportions.
Important: Deviation from the specified area of each box should not exceed 1%.

Note for the architect: The table indicates the percentage of the "building footprint". That is, if 350 m² of floor space is allocated for boxes, then 10% of this floor (35 m²) must be occupied by racks with 1m² lockers.
5. Work Result (What I want to receive)
Plan-scheme (2-3 options): Top view with the arrangement of boxes and corridors.
Colored zoning: Different types of boxes should be highlighted in different colors (as in the example).
Explication (Table): Summary table indicating:
File formats: PDF (for printing) + source file (DWG/PLN/RVT) for further transfer to builders.

box 1 sq.m needs 1 x 1 x 1
box 1.5 sq.m needs to be 1 x 1 x 1.5 (here 1.5 is the height)
box 2 sq.m needs 1.5m height x 1m depth x 2m width - that is, there will be doors on 2m to place items.
boxes 3-4 sq.m minimum entrance width 1.3m
boxes 5-6 sq.m minimum entrance width 1.5m
