The task is completely clear. The redesign of a large private house into low-apartment housing is a specific area where the correct distribution of space and communications is important.
I am an architect-designer and have direct experience in such tasks. In my portfolio, there is a similar successful project where I converted a three-story house into a low-apartment complex. For concept development and area calculations, I work in ArchiCAD, and I perform 3D visualization in Lumion.
According to your task, I will carry out the following scope of work.
1. Analysis of the house structure. Based on the dimensions of the walls, the location of windows, stairs, and entrance groups, I will analyze the space of two floors and the basement for logical tracing of future apartments.
2. Development of planning options. I will prepare 2-3 options for the configuration of the space. I will divide the floors into autonomous 2- and 3-room apartments with proper zoning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms.
