Development of the charter for a private educational institution

It is necessary to create a Charter for the registration and legalization of the activities of a private educational institution in the field of informal and vocational education in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

Requirements for the executor

• Lawyer with experience in developing Charters for educational institutions (having a portfolio with similar projects will be an advantage)
• All necessary sections and provisions that will ensure the legality and effectiveness of the institution's activities in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of education
• Ensure the legal purity of the document for the successful registration of the institution.
• Define the organizational structure, rights, and responsibilities of the founder-director of the institution.
• Describe the types of activities of the institution, including informal education, vocational education, research, consulting, foreign economic activity, and other types of activities according to the National Classifier of Ukraine (KVED).
• Compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Education", the Law of Ukraine "On Vocational (Vocational-Technical) Education" and other regulatory legal acts.
• Use of the Ukrainian language in accordance with state standards.
