We are looking for an analytical, data-driven, talented and highly ambitious Paid Social Ads Manager to join our growing team. This job is perfect for someone who thoroughly enjoys managing Paid Social Ad accounts and wants to be paid both what they normally deserve, plus performance bonuses for steadily performing above the bar and smashing goals.
Our ideal candidate is a goal-smashing Facebook Ads Buyer that’s been the catalyst behind 100s, if not 1,000s of successful campaigns across all of the ad types the platforms offers. They have an undying passion for the marketing and advertising industry and want to scale accounts for great clients.
Responsibilities
Develop, build, manage and optimize comprehensive Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn Ad campaigns, audience building and ad creation.
Have an in depth understanding of each assigned Paid Social Ads account and what is going on with them at all times.
Determining how many creatives each account needs, both freshly onboarded clients and existing clients.
Determining how many pieces of copy are needed to support each of those creatives.
Writing Paid Social Ads copy and headlines to continually keep the accounts under management optimized and spending as efficiently as possible.
Detailed reporting at least twice a week that offers actionable insights into what we can do to improve the account performance. Reporting on what is working and WHY it is working.
Responsible for building every campaign, turning off campaigns, modifying budgets, and implementing best practices.
Clearly and consistently communicating professionally with clients daily / weekly.
Adding updates and testing results / insights to the client’s Ads PlayBook.
Communicating results with key stakeholders in the agency on a weekly or monthly basis.
Qualifications
You love Paid Social Ads and are very passionate about the topic. You constantly want to learn more about your craft and strive to get better every day.
You are analytical, detail-oriented, trustworthy, self-motivated and have excellent project management and communication skills.
You enjoy the process of taking over an account and doing way better than the past team that managed the client’s account. It makes you feel extremely good inside when you’re able to beat a high-powered agency as a team of one / a few.
