- There are two types of users: 1)Project manager, only he can attach to someone tasks and edit everything.2) Members of the team, they have access only to review tasks, and can add comments.It is necessary to obtain authorization.The manager can set the start and end time of the task and indicate whether the task must take place on a specific day, whether it only means the time of execution (i.e. the hours), or at all without the hours simply assigns the bag to someone.- Characteristics of the team and its members: the name of the team, the PIB of the members of the team and their position.- Characteristics of the bags: level of complexity (light / medium / hard), priority (minor / major / critical / not set), time of performance (if it was indicated by the manager).- In a separate tab or menu you can see on the calendar the layout of the tasks that are selected for the layout within the beginning and end of the working day, by order it is 08:00-17:00, or which manager will ask.In the first place, tasks that have a specific date of execution are added to the layout, then tasks with hours are added so that there are no conflicts, and in the last place, tasks that do not have any specific hours of execution are added to the free windows.The location of data storage (BD or anything else) is agreed separately.Technology: C# Winforms / WPF / ASP.NET / Python Django choose what is easier and the main faster in implementation.

Вимоги до програми:

Щось на подобі Microsoft planner, тільки спрощено. Головне щоб менеджер мав можливість ввести дані про членів команди, та про таски, їхню складність, опис. Менеджер призначає завдання.

Детальний опис:

- Є два види користувачів: 1)Проджект менеджер, тільки він може прив'язувати до когось завдання і редагувати усе. 2) Члени команди, вони мають доступ лише для перегляду завдань, і можуть додавати коментарі. Відповідно потрібно реалізувати авторизацію.

- Менеджер може задавати час початку і кінця задачі і вказувати, чи має ця задача відбутись в конкретний день, чи має значення тільки час виконання (тобто години), або взагалі без годин просто назначає комусь таск.

- Характеристики команди і її членів: назва команди, ПІБ членів команди і їх посада.  

- Характеристики тасків: рівень складності (light / medium / hard), пріорітет (minor / major / critical / not set), час виконання (якщо він був вказаний менеджером).

- В окремій вкладці чи меню можна на календарі побачити розклад із задач , які обрано для розкладу в межах початку і кінця робочого дня, по замовчуванню це 08:00-17:00, або які менеджер задасть. В першу чергу в розклад додаються задачі, які мають конкретну дату виконання, потім задачі з годинами додаються так, щоб без конфліктів, і в останню чергу у вільні вікна додаються задачі, які не мають взагалі вказаних годин виконання.

- Місце зберігання даних (БД чи щось інше) узгоджуємо окремо.

Технології:  C# Winforms / WPF / ASP.NET / Python Django  обирайте те що, легше, а головне швидше у реалізації.
