Your tasks will include:
- Developing marketing strategies for B2B and B2C segments
- Planning and implementing advertising campaigns across various media channels
- Promoting new products
- Collaborating with partners, collaborating with opinion leaders and media to increase brand awareness
- Tracking trends in the tattoo market
- Market analysis, competitor analysis, and consumer trend analysis to identify new opportunities
- Developing promotions and campaigns to increase sales
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities, preparing reports
- Brand management and creating content with visual aesthetics
- Managing content on the website and social media, including creating and publishing materials
- Working with customer feedback and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Setting and controlling tasks within the team.
Requirements:
- Experience as a marketer for at least 1 year, experience in the cosmetics industry, beauty segment, or medicine is a plus
- Understanding and interest in the tattoo industry is a big plus.
- Skills in strategic and analytical thinking.
- Education in the field of marketing.
- Communication skills, responsibility, and a desire for development.
- Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
- High communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
