Looking for a designer to join the team (part-time)

Looking for a designer for project work. Format — part-time, from project to project.

We are currently ready to launch 4 projects, where I already need help with implementation.

💰 Budget

Range of current projects: 15,000 – 25,000 UAH
Starting with a test project with a budget of 15,000 UAH.

We work in a milestones format.

Work Stages

1. Moodboarding / Research
   Analysis of the client's brand and niche.
   Usually 2–3 moodboards.

2. Design Concept
   Development of the first 3 sections of the main page based on the chosen moodboard.

3. Main Page Design
   After the concept is approved.

4. Main Page Adaptives

Additionally

Sometimes the project includes internal pages (1–2 pages, usually “Services” or “About Us”).
These are the second most important pages after the main one.
They are paid separately.

In the first test project — only the main page.

Load

I can guarantee from 2 projects per month.
The volume depends on the quality of work and adherence to deadlines.

Important: sometimes clients take a pause in approvals (up to a week). In such cases, we switch to the next project.

What I need from you:

– A link to one case you are proud of
– Name one designer you look up to or are inspired by
– List additional skills (if any), besides proficiency in Figma
– In Figma, do you start the project from scratch or use a framework?
(I prefer to work with Lumos Figma File)

I plan to hire 2–3 designers, so feel free to apply if the format suits you.
