The work was completed professionally, in full, and according to the technical specifications. Several options for illustrations were provided, created with the client's wishes in mind. Corrections were made.

I am a certified artist with a grade of "5" in watercolor painting and a graphic designer with over 10 years of experience in the field. The illustrations for the wine label were executed at a proper level of artistic skill and with additional attention to detail.

Any creative perception is subjective; however, this does not negate the fact that the work was done well and within the agreements. I consider the client's personal expectations to be unfounded and subjective, and I do not share his assessment of the result, which, in my opinion, is influenced by the request to refund the payment for the completed work.
