We ordered a multi-page website and here are the problems we faced:

1. Inattention to the technical task. Many points were missed during the delivery and it was necessary to point them out again. To the extent that they forgot to create a whole page. But he reacted adequately to all the edits and redid them. However, my advice is to INCLUDE everything in the technical task, otherwise they will say that these are additional edits and they are not free.
2. Lack of skills. It was evident that the person had never made informational websites. Among the obvious mistakes: blue font color, too wide container, incorrect placement of elements on the pages, no space allocated for ads (although this point was in the technical task).
3. Disputes. At first, I asked what technical task the master needed. The answer was - any that is comfortable for you. The main thing is to avoid unnecessary information. If there is poor usability - he will fix everything.
In conclusion, I provided a detailed technical task, where each page had a description and examples. The master said the technical task was good. But in the end, when we reminded about the advertising spaces, it turned out that mentioning our goal - earning from banner advertising, and the point in the technical task "provide advertising spaces" did not fit. It was necessary to clearly state the container size and describe the placement of banners with their sizes. And now he has to "redo everything". But even when submitting the final edits, he kept forgetting about half of them.

On the positive side: the master has his own handwriting and style, the final website looks quite decent, the master can create 3D models, always available and quickly completes his work.
