It is a hardly lost time. I do not recommend cooperation. No necessary communication and any advances on the project occurred. At the stage, it was unreliable. After half of the deadline of the 45 days declared, he did not provide the results of the work in accordance with the TZ and did not take into account the observation. The work was simply not performed.
So I was forced to stop cooperation and apply to the arbitration. Very unprofessional and unresponsible.
