From your drawing, I already see the configuration: the room of 3.4 m² is not a simple rectangle — there is a protrusion/niche on the right side (mark 2.11 m against 2.0 m on the left), which is typical for panel houses due to the ventilation duct or neighboring communications. This affects the layout:
it is necessary to understand whether the protrusion "eats up" useful space or if it can be used as a niche for shelves/appliances;
three connection points (installation/toilet, bathtub, sink + washing machine) set rigid reference points from which the layout is built;
with 3.4 m², the key is not only aesthetics but also the ergonomics of passages and minimizing the relocation of communications.
