Envelope: the design can only be applied to the back of the envelope, it will be completely black. I am not sure they will be able to properly convey our neon green, so I ask to use it minimally. You can only add a pumpkin (Halloween) and our logo. There shouldn't be too much there.
Insert in the envelope: it will also be black. On one side, I suggest leaving it simply black, and on the front, write: “Congratulations on your win!” and slightly design the background with our lines.
