Good communication and prompt response. Unfortunately, there was no clear technical specification and no clear details or wishes about what exactly they would like to see, or what exactly does not fit. At first, it seemed like we agreed on the idea of the design made, I made the necessary adjustments, and then they decided on a different style after all. I suggested even more options than we had agreed upon, but unfortunately, the final client at the production stage did not approve any of the options.
