Design of a postcard for new buildings, double-sided (climate technology)

Unfortunately, Kateryna did not complete the order. In our personal communication, we discussed all the details and agreements; I informed Kateryna that my time was very limited. On Saturday, Kateryna sent me a version of the ordered postcard, which differed slightly from my vision, and I wrote to her indicating what changes needed to be made. Kateryna promised to make the changes and send the revised version the next day. However, she has not been in touch since then, and she has not responded to my messages for 4 days, even though she is online. It is very disappointing because I was counting on this designer, especially since I am pressed for time. And now there is neither the postcard, nor a response from Kateryna, nor the nearly two weeks spent waiting...

I apologize for how it turned out. I understand my irresponsibility. This will not happen again. I will not make excuses because I understand that no one cares about other problems.
