I strongly do not recommend working with this freelancer, as it will waste your precious time.
The person irresponsibly takes on the task and does not complete it.
And who will return the lost time???

There were technical problems due to power outages. Unfortunately, it was not possible to restore the completed work and finish the project on time. The client decided that I am deliberately setting him up. If you are ready to be smeared with dirt in case of an unforeseen situation - you are welcome to collaborate.
