Technical task (TT):

Create a visualization of a house with a yard based on the provided images,

Requirements for the illustration of the territory:

The image must include:

 lawn / green area;

 paved or tiled paths + lighting;

 resting area;

 bushes / trees / decor (if possible);

Style of execution:

 photorealistic;

 without cartoonish or schematic effects;

 should look like a finished object that can be shown to clients or developers;

 pleasant color correction and depth of space.

Preferences:

 yard style: modern / minimalist / family;

 season: summer

 time of day: day

 possibility to make 1–2 corrections after the final version.

Goal:

To obtain a visualization that:

 increases the attractiveness of the object,

 helps to better imagine life in the house,

 looks like a real photograph, not a sketch

Result:

One final visual render, where:

 the house is clearly visible,

 a realistically designed yard is presented,

 an attractive overall appearance of the object for sale is created.
