1. ЕТАП -1 цілком задовольнить потребу у бачені, та розумінні, що необхідно виконати ремонтникам? Бо на цьому етапі стає все зрозуміло, – і перепланування, і розстановка з РОЗМІРАМИ, і аналіз ергономіки з аргументацією...
2. ЕТАП -2. По-суті, у цьому заявленому етапі вимагається не концепція (як пишеться), а реальні закладені матеріали та меблі, всіх "основ....". Візуалізація в архітектурі – це фінал. І він виконується після (вашого) третього етапу.
(Запитання замовнику): Як ви вважаєте, як можливо виконати візуалізацію: "дневного и вечернего света" але не разработать "план освещения", який як ви пишете маж бути вже в третьому етапі? І так по кожній позиції...
І ще: ви пишете що візуалізація повинна бути "в рамках заявленного бюджета" — це значить 45000 – 60000 на ремонт? Чи це ви маєте на увазі, що готові заплатити за бюджетний варіант проекту на цю вказану суму?
