Дизайн упаковкиI do not recommend the customer to work.I start from the beginning: the customer did not have a clear task, all the input data were obtained in different portions (at the same time on e-mail), and some even after the beginning of cooperation, the quality of the input data was also bad (explain long), even not all the input data received (they promised with time, there were no screenshots on the product at least).As for my fault: I would delay the deadlines for a maximum of one day (which is not more than 10% of the total deadlines).At the same time, I had a fairly respectful reason (I have a comment from the customer "...subjective reasons..".I was completely angry).I had a trouble: in the multi-apartment house where I live, a very large amount of electricity was supplied, after which a lot of equipment was burned (even the grass and the water supply tube smoke when the rubber was turned on the electricity).And that I provided a screenshot of the damage act from the blender (including a burned PC, power block, and modem as a way to connect through the internet), and that I am the only man who had to have been within three days (this period is important) going through a number of services to get compensation... that all the customer didn’t help.However, at this time I was doing work at the house of the bride, little sleeped and was very exhausted through such days in my calendar...
But it was such an impression that a second-dimensional timer was placed on me, and as soon as the deadlines ended - an immediate bad feedback without any previous messages such as "how I'm doing" (for example, from other more human customers I heard this, and they even proposed me to increase the deadline for the order).At the same time, I warned the customer that I had a problem the same day it happened.At the same time, the work was done at 80-90% and provided 3 hours after the deadline ended (because in this order the main bone made from zero - it was provided, the completion took about 5-6 hours).In short, I am shocked that there are such people in the world.A very negative impression of cooperation.
