Creative Designer
We are a developer project of premium income real estate in the Carpathians (aparthotel). We are looking for a part-time, remote designer for our project. Our product is investment real estate with a revenue model, with an average investor check: $70k-150k+
Tasks
- creating visuals for targeted advertising
- adapting for different audiences and offers
- variations of creatives for A/B tests
- generating visual concepts
- participating in testing creatives
- quickly scaling working solutions
- designing posts, carousels
- adapting for Instagram / Facebook
- working within the brand book
- controlling visual integrity
- working in conjunction with a media buyer (metrics, CTR, CPL), copywriter (message → visual), Content Lead
- Ensuring a stable flow of creatives for tests
Requirements
- clear understanding of which visuals sell the investment
- experience in design of 2+ years
- experience in creating ads creatives
- understanding: how design affects conversion and how creatives work in advertising
- ability to work through hypotheses
- speed (ability to make variations)
- systematic approach
Will be a big plus:
- experience in: real estate investments, luxury / high-ticket products ($70k+)
- basic understanding of marketing metrics
