Book cover designer for Amazon and creation of A+ Content (long-term collaboration)

I am looking for a creative and responsible designer to collaborate on book design for the Amazon KDP platform.

I need a specialist who understands the US/European market and knows how to make a product stand out among competitors.

What needs to be done:

1. Cover design: Creating designs for paperback and hardcover books as well as electronic versions (Kindle). Understanding of composition, typography, and text hierarchy is required.

2. Creating A+ Content: Developing 4-5 promotional modules for the book page (EBC), including visualizations of the book's benefits, lifestyle photos, and infographics.

3. File preparation: Working with Amazon templates, adhering to technical requirements (sizes, bleed, resolution).

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Availability of a portfolio with book covers (preferably specifically for Amazon).

• Ability to work with neural networks (Midjourney, etc.) for generating unique illustrations will be a significant advantage.

• Understanding of Western design trends.

• Adherence to deadlines.

Mandatory test task:

In order for us to understand your style and vision, please complete a small test task (draft work):

1. Familiarize yourself with references on Amazon on the topic: Mediterranean Diet Cookbook for Beginners.

2. Create a draft version of the cover (only the front) to showcase your ability to work in this niche.

We are looking for "our" designer for ongoing work, so this task will help us find the best candidate.

Payment and collaboration terms:

• Project cost:1200 UAH (package: print cover PDF + Kindle cover JPG + 4-5 A+ Content modules).
