Advertising Creative Designer

We are a digital agency managing 20+ active projects in Meta and Google Ads.
We are looking for a designer for ongoing collaboration who has taste, thinks creatively, and understands that an advertising banner is not just a pretty picture, but a sales tool.

We need someone who can create eye-catching creatives that stop the scroll and break through banner blindness.
Formats include banners, stories, short videos.
This is not full-time, but ongoing task-based work (payment for each creative).

What we need from you:

• Immediately state your price for one creative (static or video);

• Examples of your work or portfolio;

• Or write that you are willing to create a test creative so we can see your vision.

• Write the code word borscht so we understand that you have fully read the job description and are ready to collaborate.

We are open to both experienced designers and beginners, as long as there is taste and a desire to grow.
We have a constant flow of orders and long-term collaboration.
