Packaging designer (printing)
We are looking for a packaging designer for ongoing collaboration. The main task is to develop the design of boxes and packaging for a new premium line of nut bars.
This is not a classic product in the healthy food category or standard functional nutrition. We are creating a premium line of bars that is not positioned as a typical healthy food brand. The design task is to create a sense of a unique, aesthetic, and valuable product that exists outside of mass-market categories.
We need a designer with a unique creative vision who has real experience specifically in the premium niche and specializes in packaging design for print.
Mandatory requirement: the candidate must send examples of their work specifically in the premium segment (luxury / premium packaging).
We do not consider designers who have primarily worked with fast food, cheap cosmetics, or any mass-market segment products. We need a designer who understands the language of premium branding and can create designs that convey a sense of product value.
The work format involves co-creation. We provide the vision for the product and the direction for brand development, while the designer helps to form a complete design concept: proposing ideas, references, visual solutions, and approaches to implementation.
It is important for us that the designer can work not only as an executor but also as a person who is capable of:
— proposing concepts
— forming the visual language of the product
— helping to create a new vision for the line.
Practical experience with print is also important:
— understanding printing technologies
— selecting colors and materials for printing
— preparing layouts for production
— working with test prints
— finding the most successful solutions in terms of quality, aesthetics, and economic feasibility when creating the product line.
The collaboration format is long-term work on the development of brand packaging and new products.
