В ТЗ находится ссылка на мокап страницы данного раздела (а также аналогичных страниц его рубрик) и страницу отдельного Видео, необходимо сверстать эти страницы по мокапам, стили тянуть с целевого сайта (на который добавляем раздел, так как все разделы на нем должны быть в одном стиле). Верстка должна быть адаптивной под планшеты и смартфоны.
Будут рассматриваться только предложения с конкретной ценой и сроком.

С друпалом работаю 7 лет. Внимательно изучил ТЗ, есть пару вопросов. Работаю итерационно в тесном контакте с заказчиком. Срок выполнения с небольшим запасом при условии доступности заказчика для обсуждения моментов, нераскрытых в ТЗ. Работа либо через сейф либо поэтапно с частичной предоплатой.

Только никогда не могу понять одного, почему после добавления заказа - заказчик исчезает, как правило через пару минут... Не в обиду заказчикам.)

В данном случае, а если подумать получше? Потому что на время добавления проекта обратите внимание. А в других случаях тоже всё логично - заказчик добавил проект и больше ему на данном сайте в ближайшие полдня делать нечего, т.к. фрилансеры делают ставки, и есть смысл зайти значительно позже, чтобы посмотреть большинство предложений за один раз.
С логикой у вас не сложилось. Не в обиду)
